Dust off your shillelagh and spiffy up your finest green outfit, because it’s almost time for St. Patrick’s Day events in Provo, UT! Now, we’re not going to say you have to drive a green Toyota from Brent Brown Toyota to the parades and Irish bars, but we’re not going to discourage it, either. • If your kids love Pete the Cat, make sure you get them to Barnes & Noble on March 14th at 11 am for a special St. Pat’s storytime with “Pete the Cat: The Great Leprechaun Chase.”

St. Patrick’s Day 2020 Events: Provo, UT

• Catch a performance of the Harp Irish Dance Company. They’ll be at the Provo City Library Ballroom on March 2nd at 8 pm.

St. Patrick’s Day 2020 Events: Salt Lake City Area

All around the Draper area you’ll find fun events to celebrate the Irish:

• The Hibernian Society of Utah hosts the state’s largest St. Patrick’s Day parade. This year it begins at 10 am on March 14th at 200 South and 500 East. Afterward, don’t miss the traditional Siamsa with live Irish music, dancing, and cuisine at the Gallivan Center.
• For more family-friendly fun, head to Heber Valley Railroad and ride the St. Paddy’s Train at 7 pm on March 13th. Kids and parents alike will enjoy a two-hour train ride with live music by Leapin’ LuLu.
• If you love Irish bars, reserve your St. Patrick’s Day VIP booth as soon as possible at Flanagan’s on Main in Park City! There’s fun for the whole family with Irish bar favorites like a family meal of their award-winning Irish food.
• Get into the Irish bar St. Pat’s spirit with a St. Patrick’s Day Beer Pairing Dinner at MacCool’s Public House in Layton. Pat Winslow, the brewmaster at Ogden River Brewing, chooses beers that taste just right with a four-course Irish dinner.
